Good work.Clear responsibilities.
The practical details behind a good working relationship. Understand our approach to scope, ownership and information, then follow the policies that matter to your project.
Confidence comes fromknowing what happens next.
The useful questions are often simple: what is included, who owns the accounts, what information is sent, and what happens after handover? Our process and policies are organized around those questions.
We distinguish a demonstrated interface from a real commercial result, a local test from production delivery, and a prepared page from a reviewed legal policy. Those distinctions matter more than an unsupported claim of being “fully compliant”.
Read the working processScope before surprises.
A written proposal identifies what is included, what is not, who confirms the content and how changes are handled. The portfolio demonstrates directions, not an unlimited package.
02Your business. Your accounts.
Domains and business accounts remain with the owner. The agreed handover defines source, editing access, licenses and optional care instead of creating an unexplained dependency.
03Only the information needed.
A project enquiry has a stated purpose. Local downloads do not silently become submissions. Marketing consent, when relevant, is separate from asking about a project.
04Examples are labeled.
Ecomwith is the one owned website shown here. Other portfolio sites are fictional studies, not customer testimonials, real inventory or a promise of results.
05Usability is a design decision.
Readable pages, keyboard paths, controlled motion and clear errors matter as much as visual character. Testing limits are disclosed instead of replaced by an invented badge.
06People own the decisions.
AI can assist research, drafts, development and checks. It does not approve business facts, asset rights, legal terms or a release on the client’s behalf.
Easy to find.Worth understanding.
These pages are prepared for review. They do not imply a legal certification or override the agreement for a specific project.
Website use, proposals, materials, changes, ownership and service boundaries, with a clear distinction between a preview and an accepted project.
What this website collects, how local enquiries and downloads work, and what must be confirmed before production data collection.
An inventory of language, currency and motion preferences, current tracking status and controls to forget saved public preferences.
Keyboard, reading, motion and audio controls, the checks we perform, known limitations and how to describe an accessibility barrier.
