Who is responsible

The final operator name, approved business address and privacy contact are displayed below when configured. Missing entries remain pending, not inferred from a brand name. Public collection must not begin until the responsible operator and a working request channel have been approved.

Information you choose to provide

The project form requests your name, business name, email, optional website, service interest, budget and project description, together with language, currency, selected package and enquiry consent. A selected pricing outline may be included when you continue from the scope planner. Please do not provide identity documents, payment-card details, account passwords or sensitive customer records.

Why it is used

The information supports reviewing and responding to the enquiry, understanding the requested scope and preventing misuse of the form. It is not used here to enroll you in a newsletter or advertising audience. Any later marketing activity needs its own appropriate disclosure and permission; consent to discuss one project is not blanket marketing consent.

What happens in local preview

A successful test submission is stored on the computer running this website and receives a reference. It does not send an email. While the collector is running, it removes test enquiries older than seven days; this is not a guarantee that data on a powered-off computer has already been removed. Use synthetic test details during preview.

Local demonstration tools and the pricing/preparation downloads generate files in your browser without automatically submitting them. The rhythm tool generates sound only after Play, does not request microphone access and does not record you. Clearing a downloaded file is separate from deleting a submitted enquiry.

Browser preferences and country suggestion

Explicit language and currency selections use browser storage for up to 180 days. Motion choices stay in the running page state; this control does not create a tracking cookie. The region endpoint returns a country code for the CAD/USD suggestion, not a precise location; the application does not perform an external IP-lookup request. Hosting and network providers may still process connection information independently. See Cookies & preferences for the actual inventory and reset controls.

Production services and data locations

Before production contact delivery is enabled, the operator must disclose the chosen receiver, hosting and security providers, their roles, processing locations and applicable retention. The prepared form supports a configured Cloudflare Turnstile check in production; it is not loaded in local form mode. External links open another provider’s website and policies.

Retention, access and correction

Production retention and access/deletion handling must be confirmed in the reviewed policy. The intended approach is to keep information only for the stated purpose and applicable record obligations, restrict access and provide an appropriate route for requests. No universal deletion deadline is promised before those arrangements exist.

A privacy request should identify the relevant enquiry and the action requested, without adding unnecessary sensitive information. Identity may need to be checked in a proportionate way. The operator’s verified privacy address will be the contact point; the local test form is not a live privacy-request service.

Changes and scope of this notice

The approved version and effective date must be recorded when this policy is published. Adding analytics, new forms, recruitment applications or other processors requires a new review of the notice and the implementation. This site currently publishes no job application form and no optional marketing analytics.
