Clear terms. A better starting point.

A guide to using this website and understanding our service offers. Your agreed project scope belongs in a separate written agreement, not in assumptions made from a demo.

Review draft · not approved for public launch

The page is built. The operator, final terms and production arrangements still require confirmation.

01

Browsing is not a project agreement.

02

Starting prices are not unlimited scope.

03

Fictional studies are not customer outcomes.

01

Using the website

You may browse the pages, follow links and try the expressly offered demonstration tools for their intended purpose. Do not use them to send unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or misrepresent another person or business.

In local preview, a button that creates a file or displays a sample confirmation does not place an order, reserve a service or form an employment relationship. The relevant page explains whether anything is sent.

02

Offers, scope and acceptance

Published prices are introductory starting points in the currency displayed, before applicable taxes and separately listed third-party costs. A project starts only after the parties agree its scope and acceptance arrangements. Sending an enquiry is not automatic acceptance.

The written proposal should identify pages, languages, content responsibilities, integrations, revision rounds, deliverables, dependencies, payment milestones and how completion is accepted. A complex interactive study in the portfolio is not included in every entry package.

03

Feedback, changes and timing

Consolidated feedback is handled within the agreed review rounds. A new direction, additional content or new system is assessed for cost and schedule before it is added. Delivery depends on approved materials, timely decisions and the systems involved; no universal turnaround is promised here.

04

Materials and permissions

You are responsible for confirming business facts and the right to provide the text, photographs, logos and other materials used in your project. We can refine presentation but do not invent genuine reviews, credentials, photographs or performance results.

Website examples, code and artwork remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. Viewing a portfolio or downloading an offered sample does not transfer a commercial license to reuse an entire design. Third-party assets may carry separate conditions.

05

Ownership and handover

Business domains and owner accounts should remain in the client’s name. Source files, editable fields, reusable components, third-party licenses and the handover record are defined in the agreement. Payment and transfer conditions must be confirmed there, rather than implied by this website.

06

Optional care and external services

Ongoing care is optional and limited to its agreed time and task allowance. It is not unlimited design, a new integration or full-service marketing. Hosting, domain, email, CMS and booking providers may charge separately and apply their own terms.

07

Pauses, cancellation and disputes

Before work begins, the agreement should explain how either side requests a pause or cancellation, how completed work and committed external costs are handled, and how questions or disputes are raised. No blanket non-refundable payment, liability cap or mandatory arbitration clause is imposed by this draft.

08

Examples, results and legal review

The fictional demos are not real venues, jobs, inventory, commissioned client projects or evidence of commercial results. Search positions, enquiries, revenue and media coverage depend on factors outside a website build; they are not guaranteed.

These terms must be reviewed against the final operating identity and applicable rules before initial publication or material changes. The accepted agreement should resolve governing law, responsibilities and any conflict between documents. Nothing in this notice is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
